Cancellation conditions for stays at Hotel Trenker:
Your booked trip can be cancelled for free in writing up to 15 days before the planned arrival. The confirmatory deposit will be refund.
For any cancellation made later between 14 to 4 days before arrival 30% of the booked arrangement will be charged as cancellation fees. Between 3 days before arrival and the arrival and for a belated arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booked arrangement as cancellation fee.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are rented out again completely or only partially.
To travel agencies we apply other conditions.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered even in a Covid-19 case. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Confirmatory deposit:
Your reservation is confirmed and binding for bothe sides the moment we recive the confirmatory deposit of 30% of the booked amount. We send you the details within email at the reservation.
Local tax:
The local tax is 2,50 € per person and night - Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Arrival and departure:
We welcome you at the arrival day from 2 pm. If you will not be able to arrive before 6 pm we ask to inform us. Please vacate your room at the departure day until 10 am.
Early Check In:
Only in case of availability, including the use of your room from 8 am, the breakfast and the wellness area for a surcharge of 20,00 € per person.
Late Check Out:
Only in case of availability, including the use of your room until 6 pm, the afternoon buffet and the use of our wellness area for a surcharge of 25,00 € per person.
Reduction for children in their parents room (2 full paying adults):
Babies up to 1 year of age: amount of € 15.00 per night
Children 2 to 5 years: - 50%
Children 6 to 11 years: - 30%
Adolescents from 12 years and adults: - 20%
Dogs:
Pets are allowed in a few of our rooms and only if expressly agreed for € 20.00 per day without food
Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area, the external relax areas and the deer park. We also reserve the right to charge the cost of an eventual final cleaning and/or repair of any damages.
Reservation:
Your reservation must be done written within e-mail or within the booking engine on this website and is valid from the moment we confirm it back within e-mail.
Payment options:
As methods of payment we accept cash up to € 4.999.00 , additional and/or alternative we accept payments by debit or credit card (VISA, Master Card, Maestro and in place also American Express)
Also
Free or booked services and meals which are not used are not refundable.
The room pictures and sketches are an example.
In the same room category the furnishings can vary.
The booking of room categories is possible, however, you cannot book a certain room number or storey,nor a certain table in the dining and breakfast room. If possible we will try to comply with your wish.
