With our centuries’ long history as a farm and our unique environment we are deeply rooted in the traditional cuisine of the region. This means that not only are the original recipes, which we enjoy giving a modern twist, important to us, but also the ingredients themselves. We take regionality seriously and know many of our producers personally.

A lot of South Tyrol, a little bit of the Mediterranean

After a restful night we will spoil you on a morning with a delicious breakfast, and in the afternoon, after an active day, with coffee and cake from the buffet, whilst in the evening we serve many delicious dishes. Dishes that are sometimes typically South Tyrolean and sometimes typically Mediterranean, sometimes very traditional and sometimes with a modern twist. A delight for the eyes and taste buds.
