Less distance, lots of flavour
Taste your way through South Tyrol
Our fruit spreads come from Alpe Pragas – direct from the valley. We source the cheese from the Lechnerhof in Prags and from South Tyrolean dairies, as well as our milk. Your breakfast eggs are free range from the Santerhof in Niederdorf. Bacon and smoked sausages come from the Weisssteiner butcher’s shop, which epitomises regional quality. Our game meat is prepared by the Hell butcher's shop. Fresh bread is delivered daily by Waldner bakery in Toblach and when it comes to our selection of wine, we mainly turn to South Tyrolean vintners, whose signature you can taste in the glass.

Herbs direct from the garden
Chives, parsley, rosemary, thyme and other aromatic herbs are harvested fresh every day from our own garden – they give many of our dishes that certain extra something. However, unfortunately not everything grows year-round at this altitude, which is why we consciously opt for high quality alternatives from the surrounding regions when it comes to fruit, vegetables and some other ingredients when necessary.
