Countless possibilities

A skiing holiday in the Puster Valley

As you are sure to know, the Hotel Trenker is at the heart of the Dolomites. This means that the best places for enjoying an eventful skiing holiday are in easy reach. The Kronplatz, Three Peaks Dolomites … and even Prags Valley has its own ski resort, ideal for both beginners and experienced athletes as well as anyone who likes things to be refined, small and cosy.

Small, refined and sunny

The skiing area in Prags

The small skiing area in Prags has developed considerably over recent years. With its three easy to moderately hard slopes it is ideal for beginners, be they skiers or snowboarders. At the same time, 2 skicross slopes, a steep training slope for racers and a toboggan run have also been opened. The ski instructors from the Prags Ski School will be happy to help you learn both sports of skiing and snowboarding until you can really enjoy them. The full equipment required – from skis and snowboards to ski boots, poles and helmets – is available from the ski hire shop at the starting point. After an exciting winter’s day on the slopes, you can warm up in our wellness complex and relax your tired muscles with a massage.

Perfect conditions well into spring

Three Peaks Dolomites and Kronplatz

Not far away are two other ski resorts that are part of Dolomiti Superski. The Three Peaks Dolomites area comprises 115 kilometres of slopes – the majority of these are shared between the skiing mountains of Helm and Rotwand – and is mainly recommended for able skiers. The Kronplatz, which, with its 32 lifts and around 120 kilometres of slopes, is South Tyrol's number one skiing mountain also offers wonderful panoramic views of the Dolomites. Anyone who wants to combine skiing with culture, can visit the Reinhold Messner Haus on the Helm and the Messner Mountain Museum Corones on Kronplatz as well as the Lumen museum.
