Experience the cuisine of the mountains

A treat for the taste buds

How would we describe our cuisine? Traditional, but with modern notes, typically South Tyrolean but with a Mediterranean influence and all completely unmistakeable. The team working with our chef of many years, Martin, transforms the quality produce that they use with skilled hands and artistry into true delights for the palate.

For a great start to the day

Lavish breakfast buffet

Begin the day with a fortifying breakfast from the buffet. You can choose from all kinds of treats: hearty food such as fried bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, cold meats and various cheeses. Savoury things such as fresh bread from the baker, sweet things such as home-made cakes and delicious jams and marmalade, and healthy food such as yoghurt, muesli and fruit. Delicious coffee to help you wake up, South Tyrolean milk and tea, freshly pressed orange juice and fruit juices.

Afternoon buffet

When your tummy starts to rumble in the afternoon after a long hike, then we have a small cake buffet for you, with home-made treats and a delicious cup of coffee or tea to go with them.

The day is drawing to a close

Dinner: a festive meal every day

This well-deserved break from everyday life should be celebrated to the full. That’s why every evening with us is a feast for the taste buds. Start with fresh salads from the buffet and home-made dressings. Next, our kitchen team conjures up real delights from regional produce: soups, starters and main dishes. To go with them, every day we offer a selection of wines from our wine menu. And to finish up with something sweet we have delicious desserts or for those who would like, there is a selection of local cheeses from the buffet to complete dinner.

And last but not least

Round off the evening in the bar

Here in the mountains, we like to treat ourselves to a drop of something nice from the bar after dinner. It might be with a cosy glass of South Tyrolean wine, a typical Italian grappa or maybe a little schnapps to aid digestion. Or it could be a non-alcoholic long drink, an espresso or maybe even a cup of relaxing herbal tea. The lovely atmosphere in our hotel bar welcomes everyone to mingle and enjoy a good chat. That’s what “la dolce vita” is all about. This is how the day comes to a relaxed end, where you can indulge in reminiscences of the day just past and plan the next one.
