You can book either by email or via the online booking system.

Deposit: to confirm your reservation, we request that you pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay within 3 days. From this point your reservation will be binding and our cancellation terms will come into effect (see list below). We will send you the details after your reservation is made.

The balance can be paid directly in the hotel. As forms of payment, we accept cash up to €4,999.00 (statutory limit). In addition, or alternatively, you can also settle your hotel bill by debit or credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro).

We hope that you will understand that room floor plans and furnishings may vary slightly between rooms in the same category.

We reserve the right to set a minimum duration of stay for certain periods. Short stays will only be bookable at short notice during this time.

There will be no reimbursement for any services or meals that are booked but not used/consumed.

We do not accept reservations for particular room numbers, floors or tables but will be happy to accommodate your wishes where possible.

Valid when staying with 2 parents paying full rate, per night:

Babies up to 1 year of age: €20 / night

Children between 2 and 5 years of age: -50 %

Children between 6 and 11 years of age: -30 %

Young people over 12 years of age and additional adults: -20 %

Should you fail to notify us of your child’s correct age, we will charge the difference on site.

Check-in: from 2 pm until 7 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later.

Check-out: before 10 am

Early Check-in from 8 am. Incl. room occupancy, breakfast and use of the wellness complex. €25 per person. Can only be booked on the day before arrival if available.

Late Check-out by 6 pm. Incl. room occupancy, afternoon buffet and use of the wellness complex. €25 per person. Can only be booked on the day before departure if available.

Local tourism tax: the local authority charges a tax per night of €3.50 per person over 14 years of age. This tax will be shown separately in your invoice. To be paid when checking out on the day you leave.

Dogs are not permitted to stay in our hotel.

In case of cancellation, we grant the following:

Up to the last 15 days before you are due to arrive: free cancellation. The deposit will be reimbursed less an administration fee of €50.

Between 14 and 4 days before you are due to arrive: 30% of the total price (= deposit)

Between 3 and 1 day(s) before you are due to arrive or late arrival / early departure: 100% of the total price

Separate terms apply for travel agents.

Holiday cancellation insurance: With holiday cancellation protection, the cancellation charges will be covered by Europaeische Reiseversicherung.
