A cycling holiday in the Upper Puster Valley

Explore the Dolomites with the wind in your face and marvel at their beauty as you pedal! Even though there are only a few mountain biking routes in the Prags Valley, the Puster Valley offers plenty of variety, diverse scenery and ideal conditions for cycling enthusiasts of all levels.

The right kind of track for every kind of cycle

Here are a few recommendations for all cycling enthusiasts:

Leisure cyclists love the cycle path through the Puster Valley, from Innichen to Lienz, along the Drau, with a stop-off in Silian near the Loacker biscuit factory. The return journey can be done by train.

Mountain bike enthusiasts can ride from Niederdorf to Toblach through the Höhlenstein Valley via Schluderbach to Plätzwiese and then pedal via Brückele and Säge on a circular route back to the starting point.

Downhill enthusiasts can get a ticket for the routes on the Kronplatz and let the train take the strain of the climb so that they can enjoy the adrenaline rush of the rapid descent.
